
Following the footsteps of Noida Authority, the Greater Noida authority has also uploaded complete details of various Group of Housing Real Estate Projects on its website. The GNIDA announces that they had uploaded the detailed information of 40 realty projects those have been granted completion certificates by the authority.
The authority representative said that, this step is taken for the public convenience. On the Greater Noida’s website, the public can look up for the complete details of their respective project before taking possession of their property, or before investing in any new property.
Due to this major transform, the buyers can easily get updates regarding their housing units that they are ready or not, as well as the project has got an Occupation Certificate (OC) or not. If the housing unit has an Occupation Certificate that means the authority has conducted an inspection over the unit and have approved the building to be fit to live in safely. Also, the authority has advised the home buyers that they should avoid shifting into the incomplete group housing buildings for their own safety sake.
The authority official announced that they will keep uploading details of those projects who have got OCs. Already, 12 projects are under authority surveillance for issuance of OCs. If all relevant documents like Fire NOC (no-objection certificate), lifts and other facilities are in place, they will provide OCs to the units, in the next 10 to 15 days.
The ACEO said that the website includes the details of projects, whether they are fully completed or partly completed has been granted to the developer. As well as, the part which has been partly completed of the total number of units are also mentioned for the respective projects. Also, they have mentioned the details of the tower and block which has been granted the completion. In addition, the details regarding the project location, plot number and its sector has also been uploaded.
According to the Greater Noida Authority, they have granted 22 projects with full completion certificates, 14 projects with partial completion certificate, and 4 projects with temporary occupancy certificates. Although, the Greater Noida has about 150-180 completion certificates pending due to their outstanding dues of around Rs 4,000 crores.
